At Emperor Homes, we take pride in working with the best products, materials, and skilled trades in Western Canada. By doing this, rest assured the entire custom home and renovation construction process will be enjoyable, simple, open and transparent, and articulate. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service for years after we finish the final touches.
- Initial Project Vision Session -
In this initial in person session, we listen carefully to the vision of your dream home or renovation. We will articulate all the details, provide any insights to design and construction, present questions regarding property location, ideas, and key trends. If there isn’t an architectural design completed already, we can help bring your vision to life with one of our architectural partners.
- Budget and Architectural Design -
Once we have all the information, we commence the next phase and construct a budget, scope, and timeline. Once that is complete, we begin the magical process of transforming your dream home vision into an engineered architectural design. If you prefer to meet with an Interior Designer to support your goals, we can introduce you to some of Calgary’s best interior design partners.
- Architectural Design Refinement and Final Budget -
This exciting stage of the process consists of making interior design selections (including paint color, exterior, flooring, etc.), and a review of any design adjustments. We will also help identify and resolve any construction and design challenges, and will present a final budget and architectural plan.
- Construction -
This is where your dream turns into reality as Emperor Homes will commence construction of your home. You will be notified of all stages of construction and you will be invited to complete walk through’s throughout the entire construction phase. Upon completion of your beautiful home, we present you with the ‘Golden Key’ and provide our gold standard post construction experience.
